APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The Application Form is published in more sections of the website www.indosow.net.

Applicants are kindly requested to print and complete the application form in all sections and send it by post with all official copies of the required original documents to the INDOSOW Central Office:

One copy of the application form including all the attachments has to be sent in electronic version (Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word DOC format) to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In case of an excessive email size, please send the documents in multiple emails in a numbered order.

Selected applicants will be invited for an interview (telephone or personal). Applicants are advised of the outcome within two weeks after the interviews. After the first selection of candidates by the INDOSOW Selection Committee in end May 2011, the selected candidates will be informed before 1st August about the results. The selected candidates will be asked to apply to the particular home institution chosen by the student in the section 3 of the application form (preferred area of studies/universities). The final selection of students will be done by the relevant authorities at each partner institution in accordance with national and institutional regulations before end of September 2011. The programme will start in beginning of October 2011.

• Attachment 3: Language proficiency certificates

• Attachment 4: Academic degree certificates in original language with the translation

• Attachment 5: Letter of interest

• Attachment 6: Recommendation letter

• Attachment 7: Research proposal outline
